Get this off my sleeve

Today I hate the fact that I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve.  It is always vulnerable and can get hurt easily.  I must protect it with some armour or just take it right off. 

Only I can do this.

So Daphne and I patched all the holes and rough spots in my bedroom.  Now they have to be sanded down but there is no way I am doing it now!  The dust would be flying!  I plan to wait for the spring or summer, when windows can be opened.

Still haven't decided on colours either.  After watching Sherlocke Holmes I have even considered wallpaper!! Big bold print...

I will have to take a trip to The Depot and look at some.

So random?!?

On my iPhone I have given everyone their own ringtone.  I did this so then I know who has texted me or I know right away if the person I am waiting for a text back from, has texted me and it is fun "assigning" people their text/ring tone:)

Work in progress

I am working on a pair of leg warmers:). Got one made, using this giant knitting loom or a giant corking kit is what it reminds me of (does anyone remember corking as a kid?  With four or six pegs.  I think I made a pot holder?!?)

This is the other leg warmer in process of being created.  Hoping to get it done over the March Break.

Ya that is my oven...?!

Ok yes this is my oven.  Yes it is missing the glass.  It fell over in the back of the truck when moving into the house in 1999!!

No I am not going to replace it.  Actually I did try and find a replacement piece a couple of years ago and it has been discontinued:(. 

The oven still works, doesn't take long to get to the designated temperature and it still cooks my food to perfection:)

Please stop asking about it.  Yes the tea towels are there to make it less noticeable but it works and until it dies I am keeping it:)

Now my blender on the other hand is about to die so you can come over and pay your respects anytime.
