What I am still wearing!?!?!

What I am still wearing is my winter coat!

Every morning when I get up at 6AM to walk Ruby I am still putting on my winter coat and a scarf:(. I could wear a hat but I just put up my hood and my hands are stuffed in my pockets because I refuse to wear mittens!

Use my blog to complain but come on!  One day it is warm and then cold again!

Daphne and I got our toes done a few weeks back but no one has seen them because our feet are covered still!

Sorry a little frustrated.  Just venting:)

Good news: I am wearing my leg warmers today!  So at least there is that, getting to wear them a little longer :)

So I was kinda relieved that we had an extended winter...  because then I was able to complete my LEG WARMERS!!!

I had a slight delay because one of the tools broke and I had to contact the company LionBrand to acquire a new hook.  They did not respond to my email but when I called their 1-800# they got a new one in the mail and in 7 business days I had the new hook.  I have to admit I tried improvising with a fork.  It did not go well.

Should you expect a pair for Christmas this year...

I am working on a pair of leg warmers:). Got one made, using this giant knitting loom or a giant corking kit is what it reminds me of (does anyone remember corking as a kid?  With four or six pegs.  I think I made a pot holder?!?)

This is the other leg warmer in process of being created.  Hoping to get it done over the March Break.

Don't worry there will be a photo of the final product!
