A Comparison of Robyn and the Rock

I am a fan of the Rock. I have to admit I have not seen all his movies nor did I really root for him in his wrestling days (I was a Steve Austin fan) but come on... he ain’t too hard on the eyes;)

But besides both starting with an "R" (Rock/Robyn) we have a few other things in common:

We have both been to Calgary.

And in other ways we differ:
*He is a boy.  I am a girl.
*He wrestled and played football.  I never did either.
*He has been to Hawaii.  I have not but on my Bucketlist.  Dwayne :) actually just got married there...

I have done his workout. He has not done mine.

We are both good in looking GOOD! Well dressed humans.




We both like to travel 

 
We both have children.


He has three girls.  I have 2 originals and 2 I have embraced out of love.

We like motorcycles?

We both wear his clothing. He has a line of clothing...
I do not.

Most special to me:  we have the same birthday!!!

May 2nd!!!! 

I also admire his kindness. He does surprises for fans and he seems to be a very hard working man. He could surprise me anytime!!!!

When I grow up...

Dear Diary



When I grow up I want to be a roadie for Hedley.  Their music is edgy, energetic and fun.  It gets my feet moving, my stress out and a few songs are quite touching (The Sweater Song).  I think if I was a roadie for Hedley we would have lots of adventures.  Probably go get some new tattoos while travelling all across Canada and the world.  They might let me be in a video or two, lip sync back up (cuz I can not sing) or let me pick their outfits for them. 

Because I am older, I could part my wisdom on them.  When their head gets too big for the doorway I could help deflate it.  They could teach me a thing or two also.  Share in their extra curricular activities that they do to relax or even teach me to play an instrument.

So Hedley if you need me email moi!

A Thankful Thanksgiving

Ironic that my Grateful Gal falls on Thanksgivng.

 

Today I am thankful for ALL that I have been through in my life.  Every event has brought me to who I am now.  I am thankful for every thought that has entered my mind.  They are my energy and they have brought me to this moment.

 

The freedom to think and take action, I am so grateful for.  Unimaginable that others do not have this ability.

 

So very thankful.

Niagara Falls

 

 

Breton, Daphne and I went to Niagara Falls for our  vacation.  Our hotel, the Skyline Inn, was attached to a waterpark and the kids went twice a day everyday and closed down the park (9pm) both nights!

 

I got the deal through dealfind.ca and it included 3 coupon, dealfind.ca, traveldeals.ca (quepons) for one kid eats free, 4 passes for the waterpark, 4 vouchers for mini golf and tokens for an arcade.  We did everything except the mini golf (we couldn't find it:(

D at the wave pool.  I think she is part mermaid.  She would live in the H2O if she could.

They are just too cute!

The slides were great I went once a day cuz I was exhausted by the end of the day!

 

 

 

***More to come from what we did in Niagara Falls.  It was great.  we could go back and still have lots more to do.
