Laundry Issues

Someone pleeeease help me!  I have a few sweaters and hoodies that smell like BO!!  I have washed them in hot water, soaked them in vinegar, even drenched the pits in body spray and also used the new TIDE Sport. 

Nothing has worked:(

I think it is my own fault because I did not wash the stinky clothes right after they became smelly.

Any suggestions, much appreciated:)




Breton's socks after a day of springtime playing outside.

Yes they have been washed but I ended up throwing them out.  I did not care that they got dirty.  I am just glad my son had fun playing outside!

Happy Easter Recap

 

 

 

This Easter we had Auntie Aimee and Auntie Noelle and families over.  I crockpotted a stuffed turkey breast and BBQed another stuff turkey breast (from Farm Boy).  The BBq one was sooo easy and yummy.  The crock pot one doesn't brown so I put it under the broiler afterwards just to crisp it up.  Both were delicious and yes there was leftovers.  I have a habit of getting more food than necessary but as a hostess my worst nightmare is not having enough food for my guests:)  We had 10 people over and maybe half a breast left....mmmmm leftovers.

 

 

 

 

The Easter Bunny also came.  Lots of chocolate plus Just Dance 4 and a hockey stick.  We plan to have our annual chocolate fondue soon to use up some of the chocolate.

 

Hope you had a great Easter too.  Daphne also lost a tooth that night so both the Easter Bunny and the Toothfairy left a treat under her pillow.  She woke me up at 2am to tell me this:)

Thank you soooooo much for your support through everything and for all the fun adventures while we were there.  I know that Daphne & Breton made some great memories.  Not sure if B will ever go back after the airplane sickness on the way home but maybe if we brought hockey to the Maple Leaf he'd be there?

April Fools Day

Hi

 

Since carol is away, maybe we should take it as a sign.  a sign that we should try to stay together?  I have realized so much since we have been separated.  I really think we could make it work. Sitting with you watching B play hockey and having lunch together on the weekend...

 

 I know you had mentioned that you prefer my hair dark so I promise you that I will never change it again.  But we could keep our separate residences (once you get your new place) and be together but not live together.  Remember that car driver/racer that had a show, I think his name was John Force(?) that's what he and his wife did.

 

I was also thinking that when we re-do our wills that we should name Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed as the kids guardians.  Right? once we put them in our will and something happens to us, they'd have to take them.  Just think of everything the kids would have and get to do.  And Shannon is Canadian so she'd make sure B keeps up with his hockey.  then they'd have the balance of the arts.  daph would probably get the opportunity to actually perform at some point.

 

Brilliant eh?!
