Farewell Lulu:(

Previously I blogged about my addiction to Lululemon.

Well recently I sold some of my Lulu...

I took eight Lulu items to Rikochet Resale on Strandherd Rd. They accepted five items.  They had a promotion going on for Lululemon clothing, where it was a 60/40 split in which I earned 60% of the sale!  Normally it is the opposite, 40/60 split, you would earn 40% of the sale.

You register with the store then you get a card to scan to keep track of your sales.  I went back a week later and I earned $63 with the sale of three items.

They are very selective but do have a lot of nice name brand items.

Definitely some competition for Act 2, the other consignment shop in Barrhaven on Fallowfield Rd.

Race Day

I am doing the Army Run this weekend so I am going to run in these:

They are compression socks.  Last 1/2 marathon my left calf tightened up on me so I  hoping to avoid this with these socks.

I will also be wearing my Lululemon running skirt, black tank and a thin pullover.  I have not purchased any new Lulu and running 1/2 marathons is how I am justifying these previous purchases:)
Oh and I will look damn cute too!

Lululemon lover

Hi my name is Robyn and I am a Lululemon addict.  It has been one month since I last purchased a piece of Lululemon clothing.

It's bad!  I can wear an outfit from head to toe Lulu.  But it is such nice workout wear and it is their fault that they design pieces that can be worn everyday even to work:(

And this is only some of my Lulu

Despite the CEO resigning (did consider briefly applying for the job) and the see through fabric controversy I still love Lulu.  My addiction is so bad that I have had to spam the weekly emails that they send to me.

To be honest I had gift cards for the last purchase.  So what if I spent more than the gift cards on the two pieces purchased.  I only buy from the "We made too much" section on the website (which to you non Lulu lovers, is the sale section:)  Well OK one piece was from the What's New section so I paid full pop...but I had gift cards!!!

They make it so easy with free shipping.  I rarely actually go into the store.  And I always get a nice reusable bag with every purchase.

But this article made me pause...

One month and no purchases,

I should get a chip or something...

Maybe a Lululemon gift card:)
